These Terms govern the use of honey.az, including the ordering, payment for and delivery of products. The website is operated by I'M HONEY LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms.

1. Products and Product Information

Product descriptions, weights, prices and other stated characteristics are provided on the website. Before placing an order, please review the product description and the information on the product packaging. A product’s appearance in photographs may differ slightly due to lighting or screen settings.

Honey crystallisation may be a natural characteristic of the product and does not, by itself, indicate a defect. People who are allergic to honey or other bee products should exercise caution. Honey must not be given to children under one year of age.

2. Prices and Placing an Order

Prices on the website are shown in Azerbaijani manat (AZN). The final order total is calculated based on the selected products and the delivery terms shown during checkout.

When placing an order, you must provide accurate information needed to contact you and deliver the order. We may contact you using the details provided if additional information is required. Product availability and order details may be clarified separately where necessary.

3. Payment Methods

Online bank-card payments are processed through CIBPAY. Depending on the selected order option, payment on site or upon delivery may also be available. The payment methods actually available for an order are determined by the options displayed during checkout.

When you select “Delivery with Wolt (online payment)”, payment is made online. The “Next-day delivery (online order, cash payment)” option means that the order is placed online and paid for in cash. Payment confirmation and order fulfilment may be subject to the conditions of the selected payment method.

4. Delivery

Delivery is available throughout the Republic of Azerbaijan. The delivery method is determined by the delivery address and the option selected at checkout:

• Within Baku: delivery by Wolt courier. The delivery fee is displayed on the checkout page.
• Outside Baku: delivery by standard or express post. The cost depends on the destination and service selected. The current estimated postal delivery cost to the regions may be around AZN 5; the exact amount should be confirmed before dispatch.

Delivery is free for orders containing 3 or more products. This applies to a single order containing at least three products.

Delivery times depend on the selected method and destination. For the “Next-day delivery” option, delivery is scheduled for the following day. Unforeseen circumstances and the operation of third-party delivery services may affect the actual delivery time.

5. Tasting and Buying in Store

By selecting “I want to taste it in store and buy”, you indicate that you wish to taste the product in store and purchase it in person. This option does not, by itself, constitute a delivery order. We recommend contacting us in advance to confirm product availability and the possibility of visiting.

6. Order Processing and Product Inspection

Orders are processed using the information you provide. If an order contains an error, a discrepancy is found or a product is unavailable, we may contact you to resolve the issue.

Upon receipt, please check the packaging, quantity and conformity of the products with your order. If you notice damage, missing products or a discrepancy, contact us as soon as possible. This recommendation does not limit any consumer rights granted by law.

7. Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

Order cancellations, product returns and refunds are governed by applicable law and the Returns and Refunds Policy. Reports concerning defective, expired or incorrect products are reviewed separately.

8. Liability and Governing Law

We take reasonable measures to keep website information accurate and the website operational. However, technical interruptions, internet connectivity issues or delays involving third-party services may occur. These Terms do not restrict consumer rights protected by law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the Republic of Azerbaijan, including, where relevant, the Civil Code of the Republic of Azerbaijan and the Law on Consumer Rights Protection.
